The Coffee Art Project New York 2016 - Applications now open!

The Coffee Art Project is coming to New York for the second time in September 2016! Following the success of the New York 2015 competition, we are incredibly excited to be running the competition again in New York, at the New York Coffee Festival on Lexington Avenue.

The competition will be running between September 16-18, with the winners announced on the 18th. Artists have the chance to win some great prizes of up to $1,500, including The New York Coffee Festival Visitor Award of $250. Don't miss the chance to enter! You can register here at: http://www.coffeeartproject.com/Register/NewYork.aspx.

We had some great entries in the New York 2015 Coffee Art Project, and are hoping for more fabulous pieces to exhibit!

Take a look at some of the featured artworks from last year on our website, including these pieces by Carlyn Beaver, Tracy Hetzel and Kateryna Bortsova:

As always, the New York Coffee Art Project aims to raise money for Project Waterfall, an initiative raising money to bring clean water and sanitation to coffee growing communities around the world. So far the initiative has raised over £350,000 and delivered clean drinking water to over 14,500 people in Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia and Nicaragua. 50% of the funds from the sale of each artwork will go towards Project Waterfall, and help further the cause.
