LIFE IN FILTER

"Life in Filter" shows the excitement, eccentricity, devotion and solidarity during a "Latte Art Throwdown". Featured are two finalists for the 2014 Dutch Barista Championship and Latte Art Championship.
This consists of roughly 500 Aeropress filters, all used and collected by baristas. The four photos are put together by 32 segments. Each segment consists of ten Aeropress filters, on which one eighth of a photo was printed. At the end, all these segments were put together like a puzzle, creating this Aeropress canvas.
Photos were shot with ILFORD Black and White film (HP5 PLUS) and developed at home.
