As a Barista Trainer, SCAE Judge and Eco Crafter in the Speciality Coffee Industry, I love to educate and highlight
difficulties the coffee farmer faces, to bring a greater understanding of how much work goes into producing what many
think of as an expensive cup of coffee.  Water, such a precious commodity, and rather scarce at that – plays such an
important factor in the production of coffee from Seed to Cup, for human consumption for the farmer to live, as well as
in crop irrigation and in the production of the cup of Speciality coffee you have grown to enjoy!
