‘Mazag’ is an Egyptian expression. It means pleasure, taste, abandon yourself to banal satisfactions. So a ‘Mazag’ can be a very simple thing like drinking a coffee.

My best memory of coffee is the taste of the Arabic coffee. I was travelling in the middle east and every day, the first pleasure to begin the day was preparing the cardamom coffee.
