Inspired by a Brooklyn Coffee Shop with the morning light streaming in through huge windows, the paintings – created using both oil paint and coffee - depict the rich warmth of filter coffee, the blackness of espresso and the whiteness of milk. 
I’ve used the reverse side of the canvas onto which the paint and coffee have been applied, and finished with 5 layers of a professional resin which won’t discolour with age.
