My local roaster in Athens, Ga has been creating magic for over 20 years. I adore what Charlie Mustard does for our community and us coffee fans. One hot summer day, in the old open wooden warehouse, Charlie invited me to watch the roasting process.  I sat mesmerized and began drawing the beautiful old machine (a Diedrich IR-12) which he lovingly adjusted and attended carefully the roasting beans.
