I wanted to make a piece of artwork that was a reminder of where coffee originates as well as honor the complex process that it endures to go from plant to final product. This papercut, handcut from a single piece of paper, pays homage to coffee’s beginnings, a reminder that coffee is an agricultural product that should be raised with respect for the planet and the people who grow it.
